A month ago, my clients have submitted their Modification to Listing Agreement three times for this brokerage to cancel. Their agreements which stated free to cancel at any given time, and until today Florida Capital Realty's staffs ,specially its broker Richard Williams LIC#3315487 keep ignoring us. Which left me no choices to file a complaint to the Board, and have Miami This is the most unprofessional broker that I have worked with. To all other associates who are thinking or going to work with Richard Williams, PLEASE do your due diligence. Good luck to you all!

100% Commission is false...they charge $399.00 plus $200.00 and another $100.00 for error and omissions fee. Find a better broker.
