Anybody remotely thinking about doing business with this filth, should look up Barbara Blanco and All Florida Management on the internet. Do not conduct business with this company, you will regret itno matter how many favours or kickbacks you are promised to get them into your association. Barbara Blanco will use you and throw you aside once you are spent.

We hired All Florida Management when our association was at the point of requesting a receiver, as our debts were over $550,000., our delinquency rate was out of proportion, with $289,000+ in delinquent accounts. All Florida developed an agressive collection program, which was able to bring our delinquency to $15,900 now. All our debts were brought current, and even in current difficult times, our Board of Directors was able to reduce our maintenance fees by 24.8% ($45-78) in a community of 500+units.
