This company is the most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with. They never show up on the day they are scheduled and if they do it is alway 2 hours later. When I call to complain they say that they were there at that time and no one was at the office. Our staff is here from 7am to 7pm at not one time is the office is alone. We also have cameras where in fact shows the truck coming in the yard and pulling out without ever getting down. The ladies at the office claim they are the owners which is not true, i think they forgot the internet exist where you can pull up the company and the owner name appear (PUBLIC RECORD) one even told me hold on shes not a octupus. I was in disbelief how owners can hire unprofessional people. Another lady hung up on me and I called back and said I really hope the call dropped and she said no I did hang up on you. Thru this whole time I was very professional and asked with pleases. This is why small business close down because of employees who dont work and then complain when they get laid off and can't find work. The ladies at the office, which all had the same voice was Ileana (supposed owner of company), Belkis (said she is married to one of the owner RIcardo) and Christina.
