TERRIBLE. Husband ordered flowers for Mother's Day, to be delivered to me at work the Monday after. Paid extra for guaranteed Monday morning delivery. Nothing was delivered Monday. Even better, this company lied and sent delivery confirmation notice to ProFlowers to confirm they delivered the flowers. Called ProFlowers, who called this local florist, who said the location was outside of their delivery area and that's why they sent the confirmation notice, then lied again and stated the flowers were delivered Tuesday morning. Nope! My husband canceled the order. Yet, Tuesday afternoon a dead, tiny, embarrassing joke of an arrangement showed up at the front desk of my office. As the receptionist handed me my flowers, she noted the dead and dying components. All this florist did is force ME to have to throw away this piece of crap. Thanks Flowers to Go of Miami for making my first Mother's Day a memorable one.

Placed an order. When it came time to picking up my flowers for my event Dennis the owner was rude & disrespectful made me wait hours & I had to end up looking elsewhere for my flowers. Do not use them!
