Very horrible customer service. I just went to pick up a package from UPS and the lady that was in the desk was very unrespectful and extremely rude and she even look at my face and ignore me completely when I asked for a package that was left 3 days ago to the another employee (a simple and normal question) because is my right to know what's happen? an she was vulgar and offensive. I always go to this store for pick up my packages from UPS and there is a young guy with excellent customer service and attitude. When I asked to the employee who is the owner he told me that was her and him. I recommended provide a better customer service and treat customers in a better way. UPS pay for this store as a pick up point for customers.
