waited so impatiently for this location to open. my husband & I watched the fudds be built almost 30 years ago on S>W> 104 st. we went there almost every weekend.we have been to the new Kendall location 16 times since 6.3 14/1st visit was pretty good with the exception burgers were over cooked,but good. most of the additional visits have been call in to pick up. employees are not trained properly, don't know what soup they have, don't know what is in the soup,don't know they have two kinds of chilli.or how to ring it, have spoken to a manager on 3 different occasions, no change... last night was the straw,over charged me then,ordered chicken noodle soup 2 cups, got home 1 had no noodles, the other had 2 noodles.this was a $6+ purchase. returned to get more soup or a refund, was not offered more soup .not even an apology. we have spent over a year bragging on this place to all of our friends. don't even think we will go back.makes us sad we really used to LOVE this place SOOOOOO sad
