Gbc is a sorry excuse for a traditional karate school.. The main instructor chester is mean to children and akward and not appropriate with them.. My kids hated it because of how mean the instructor was and he made my kids feel uncomfortable.. Word of advice save your money and go to a real mixed martial arts school if your looking for self defense
