As a notice to any potential costumers of the Goodwill Store located at 2125 N.W. 21st St. in Miami, I had been a frequent costumer of this store for years and had always been pleased by not only their selection but also friendly staff. However, apparently there was a change in management styles since I went last because I had never been treated so poorly ever. She was belligerent, arguing with me in the middle of the store when I had asked her about a necklace that was for sale that didn't have a price tag attached. She accused me of trying to blackmail her, of stating that there was a price tag attached while at no time me nor the cashier saw one attached, and simply was making a scene instead of trying to deal with me in a calm professional manner.



I will never go to this store again, even attempts to speak to upper management about this issue had met with little to no success. Do yourself a favor, and check out the other Goodwill stores instead. It is a great pity, because of the actions of a single manager, my entire perception of what used to be my favorite store is ruined and thus was down rated to a single star.
