Horrible! I had to wait 30 minutes for my appointment and the girl took about two hours to do a simple mani/pedi which usually takes about an hour anywhere else (maybe inexperienced). The next day, my polish started peeling off which is an indication they don't use good products. When I called the manager to discuss, she was rude and unhelpful (terrible customer service).
Don't go if yo can avoid it.
