Horrible unprofessional! So unorganized. Went for a 15's group. They finally convinced me to join them in Cozumel $60.00 pp no transportation. Everything in the resort was not working. They did not even have a table set up for us. When I told the HHT Staff they ignored. I came back & made a complaint to the owner still no response 3 months later. They go to this resort weekly wouldn't they note all activities are not working and the place is dirty. They new my party would be there wouldn't they ensure a table and chairs especially at $60pp the food also was disgusting, My sister has her 15's with Tania Travel 15 years ago much more professional organized and better quality.
