This company is a joke. Lies to you at interview and promise incentives but sets an unrealistic goal. Theres NO PTO or any really good benefits. Pay is horrible. Employees are overworked and underpaid. Work is a nightmare and repetitive. The CEO uses her employees to her advantage than disposes them whrn done using them saying the company is moving in a different direction. Uses the Director of Finance and Operations to do her dirty work. Don't waste your time unless you really in need, in between jobs or just graduating high school as a start up job but nothing less!!!
