Do yourself a favor, stay far away from this company . I ordered 4 shades from this company, promised a delivery time within 2 weeks, they had a hard time to deliver it even after 10 weeks (!!). Finally, after 10 weeks and a lot of pressure from me, they delivered half the order and canceled the other half on me saying that they didn't charge me enough so they had to review their price, increasing it 5 times (how professional is that!!!). Then I asked for a refund and after long negotiations they finally gave me my money back. However, when they delivered the first part of the order, they were not properly sewed. So I asked to be fixed but to date, about 3 months after the installation, I am still waiting for them to fix the 2 shades installed. When I call them to follow up on this issue, they tell me to contact their previous employee who is no longer working with them (!!!). This is unacceptable, the quality of the product is very bad and the installation is not even done properly (they had to come back twice to install the shade and it is still not properly done!) I am more than willing to send pictures through private messages to prove this message. To date, this issue is still pending and they have been telling me for months they will send someone over to fix my issue, but I am still waiting! Just for the principle and due to their outrageous unprofessionalism that cannot longer remain unpunished (keeping on screwing up other people like they did with me) I will start a legal claim against them. Be very careful with this company it is really unreliable, unprofessional, and incompetent, to say the least. It is guaranteed that if you hire this company you will not be satisfied.
