Everything is a lie to the clients, they do not know how to answer any question clearly, they insult the intelligence of the clients with meaningless answers to justify their lack of knowledge about it, in my case it takes more than three weeks to bring a passport ready according to them. the way of urgent, are liars and unprofessional beginning with the owner, Annia, not recommended at all.
