Poor Customer Service

Staff is extremely RUDE. I made a purchase about a year ago and recently starting receiving emails from J&M I have requested 4 times to be removed from their email list. I called twice and yet my request goes unanswered. When and if I get staff on the phone they say that I subscribed to their email but the emails states that we are using your email because you have made a purchase in the past. I would like to have J&M remove my email from their mailing list so I can be done with them forever.

I have been in business since ...

I have been in business since Jan 2010 and have frequently ordered from J&M. I have used there product in my store and have had no difficulty with returns or multitude of broken boxes. We have always gotten our product in a timely manner. Ricky one of the representatives is always very helpful. All businesses have some issues that does not mean it will be that way for everyone.

Be aware

Don’t ever do business with this company; they carry old staff like second hand merchandise and they advertise for it as if it’s new??

I was fooled by them; they send me boxes some of them have only the right pair and others have only lefts…horrible looking boxes. Make it very very difficult to sell it.

I’ve tried to solve this issue with the owner however he was so rude, apparently he has no customer service skills!!!

I lost almost $ 700, I’m so frustrated and I don’t want no body to go through what I’ve experienced with this so called j&m footwear???? A BIG SCAM!!!

There are statements made in this review that are plain out LIES and are a defamation of J&M Footwear Inc.'s character. J&M Footwear only sells new shoes. We do not, nor have we ever, sold used / second hand shoes. Once orders are received, they are verified with customers, they are charged exactly what was agreed upon, and the shoes are shipped with the shipping carrier. Simple. There is absolutely NO scam whatsoever of any kind. If any boxes are missing or damaged, customers are encouraged to take the issue up with the shipping company, since all boxes leave the warehouse in excellent condition. J&M Footwear prides itself in providing affordable, top quality shoes to its customers. Because of this, even during these tough economic times, J&M Footwear, Inc. has enabled struggling companies to stay in business and new companies to be formed with our merchandise.
