Jeny Sod is amazing!!! The customer service and the quality of plants and trees are phenomenal. The front-desk lady named Elva was of great assistance and helped me throughout the entire process. Also, the prices are just as good. This nursery is the reason why my landscaping looks so good. Thank you Jeny Sod!!!

I have recently ordered five pallets of Palmetto Sod along with multiple varieties of plants and had everything delivered to my front door step! The service was great and I truly love how Jeny Sod contacted me throughout the entire process. The grass was amazing (super-green) and is now flourishing in my yard.

Elva is very unprofessional and rude. She insisted to take another customer's order when I was there first. The customer stated that I was there first but she just fanned me off since he was spending more than me at the time, and I was only buying 4 bags of dirt , (which is only $4).

This nursery sells trees with fungus. I purchased a tree with fungus and manager refused to speak with me. I was not issued a refund and the company would not replace the tree. Do not buy plants from this nursery. They do not stand behind their products and do not value customers.

Worse customer services, the plants that I bought there are dying it came with white fly, now I have it all around my house, which were clean of plagues. I called to report what happen, the lady on the phone was so rude, refused to put the manage on the phone, she lied to me and hang up the phone. WOW... Never to return there... Don't waste your money and time. Do not put your own plants at risk with their plagues.

I have a landscaping bussiness, and I was a frequent customer, I never liked the way Isabel treats customers but last time I bought 5 Pallets of sod, and I made a mistake in my order. Anyway I spoke to her about it, and she treated me very bad like if I was asking for food stamps!!!

NEVER GOING BACK TO JENY SOD.
