I shipped some boxes from Miami to Caracas in November of 2019. The boxes haven't arrived to Venezuela yet and today is June 1, 2020. Every time we called them or try to get a hold of them to provide us with a status there is no response. They are also not willing to give us a refund or do something about the lost packages.

I certainly do not recommend this service at all. After you paid for their services they do not respond when your package is lost. This is basically a scam. It has been over 7 months since we shipped these packages.

Excelente servicio. Soy cliente desde 2013. Ni una sola queja con Kexport.
