My name is Jack, I have been going to Kaidu Commercial & Trading since 1998.I never had any problem with them.
I am Network Administrator, Computer Tech, IT and website design by professional.
Heck I even setup security cameras. I buy my security cameras from them also.
All you guys that don't know what they are doing should stop complaining and stop being crying baby. LOL

I buy screen from Kaidu was no working. I back day after to the screen replace, they call it compatible fro china, they change 3 screen no working they try my broken screen and it work, the owner was drank and start to be aggrieves and coercing I did not say any ting and he start touching sexual in the store 5 more customer the run out of the store I call police he close the store and run a way, I will contact my lawyer I have the police report and report consumer afar district attorney beater business Buru

i bought 3 i10 tablets, their support was insufficient, tablets with a old operating system, not upgrade, and the manufacturer tells me ,to be purchased on Kaidu, no guarantee.

that poor service, I am very disappointed in the service, I lost my money.



I feel very bad, that you do not response for your product, I am very disappointed, that so bad product you sell.

Unfortunately based off where you bought the tablet there is no warranty and we do not offer any upgrades to the operating system. If you want a tablet that will run some of the newer applications you may want to purchase a tablet with a newer operating system. They have some on the market now, you can check our website.

I too am a system builder and a computer repair tech and I have used this place many times to buy parts. They are very helpful and have many different parts in stock. I once bought a defective hard drive from there and they replaced it for me with no issues what so ever. This person who gave a bad review is lying. They also have great prices on everything in their store.

I am a systems builder. This is a small business from which I have been buying computer parts and peripherals for many years. If they don't have what you want, they get it. Not once have I had trouble with a return. Their attitude is helpful, friendly, upbeat and based on customer satisfaction. The other reviewer probably tried to return something he used or damaged and is lying about the "abuse and harassment," because I have never heard these hard working people direct anything even approaching a cross word to even the most difficulr customer.

This company is fraud. I buy HP TS 600-1050 Touch Screen for $676.00. The product was damaged. When asked for refund they abused me and harassed me.
