Management is extremely rude. I purchased a groupon and was accused of re using it although it was my first visit ever to the salon. The nail lady also used her own nail to push my cuticle and clean edges, not the most sanitary place to top it off.

Best hair salon in Miami loved the experience loved the hair color cut and blowdry from the owner,and my kids got the best hc , family oriented best place in town try and the absolute best prices

My son has gone to Cartoon Cuts for his last 3 haircuts. This last time I was running around and saw Kids or Not he needed a haircut so I walked in last minute and they sat me with a lady called Gladys. She pulled out a horse toy for him to sit on that was DISGUSTING and full of other kids hair. The minute she started cutting his hair he was crying like crazy, she didn't even use the machine. She kept pushing my sons head down holding his head so he wouldn't move & she wasn't nice at all about it. My son got to the point his face was absolutely red and he was extremely upset. If you want to have a terrible child's hair cutting experience than this is your place! Other than that if you are looking for somewhere fairly close to cut your child's hair please go to CARTOON CUTS IN TOWN AND COUNTRY I WILL NEVER USE ANYONE ELSE. Don't take a chance, trust me I learned my lesson!

Referred by a good friend to have my hair done by the salon owner (Maggie) I'm sorry to say the service was horrible and I'm out alot of money. I had my hair dyed and did the Keratin Treatment as advertised by Maggie via customer emails. Maggie did dye my hair and applied the Keratin treatment but that was it. When it was time to finish the final steps of the Keratin treatment I was passed off to her son's 20 yr old girlfriend. And for the remainder of my salon visit I was not taken care by a licensed worker. Of course the end result is that the treatment didn't work because it was not done correctly and when I confronted Maggie (the owner) she didn't want to take responsibility she blamed my natural loose curls for the treatment not working. I waited 5 days before washing my hair and wouldn't you know it the treatment washed out of my hair completely. I researched on the product's website (Da Mila Keratin Treatment) and on the Q&A forum it states clearly that if my hair returns to it's naturally curly or frizzes it's because the treatment was not applied correctly. Whether it's from the hair being too wet, hair having other chemicals on it or that the hot iron used was not at the recommened 450 degrees. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME! WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT.
