WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN IN MY 40 YEARS ON THIS PLANET. The manager there is extremely rude. I had my feet and nails done here once and they painted too different colors on my feet and nails which looked horrible together and the paint didn't even last very long. They didn't even take care of my cuticle's for crying out loud.



So I go back a couple days later to complain about what happened and the manager gave me the worst attitude possible. She treated me like I was trash. Then she started talking in another language (Most likely insulting me).



She redid my feet and nails. While at the same time treating me very badly and constantly telling me "IF YOU WANT MORE YOU HAVE TO PAY". I wasn't looking for a freebee in any way. I just wanted them to fix the mistake they made 2 days prior. Anyways, once she finished she yelled at me "OUT, AFTER TODAY I NEVER WANT TO SEE YOU IN MY SALON AGAIN". She said this in front of all the customers. It was very humiliating.



Conclusion: I will NEVER waste my time and money in this "salon" ever again.

If you decide to pass by this "salon" BEWARE. THE SERVICE IS TERRIBLE.

If I could rate less than 1 star I would. Trust me. There are many salons out there better than this one.
