I placed an order 3 weeks before valentines day to ensure that the product was going to be delivered on the correct date and prevent any kind of stress. Guess what? It wasn`t delivered on valentines day, I couldn`t contact the company via their 3 different phone numbers or email. My order was delivered one day after and I received a simple delivery confirmation. That`s not how you treat a customer and if you don`t want to have any surprises don`t buy here

They state on their website that Orders placed before 2pm apply for same day delivery within a specified area of Miami. I placed my order well before 2pm got my email confirmation all seemed well. Come 430pm I get anxious and call in for an order status update, it is then that I am informed that they cancelled my order cause they are busy. I had no emails or call history of them trying to contact me to inform me of this. Needless to say ruined the occasion and I had to go with another flower shop.
