WORST CO. EVER. THEY BROKE 2 ITEMS HAD THEM REPAIRED AND WANT TO CHARGE US STORAGE FEES. DO NOT USE THEM.

Worst company ever!!! I move from Massachusetts to Florida and I have to be honest the service from the people of MA was good but the problem was with the employees of Miami. They came with my moving and my apartment was on the 2nd floor but the entrance is from the 1st floor. When they ask the address my apartment has the #1. So when the start unpacking they saw that is on the second floor and they said that if we don't pay $50 they would not bring up our stuff, that they would leave it outside cause it's more money if they need to bring it to the 2nd floor. They started to argue and calling us liars because we said that the apartment was on the 1st floor. The apartment has #1 on the door so is not my fault that the landlord put that number and the apartment really is on the 2nd. The basically leave everything on the street and we call the company to complaint and they did nothing about it.

Stay away from this company. Once you give them your check, you are on your own. Their problem is with the home offices - few people, nobody accountable, long phone holds, they try to avoid you and when they do they hide behind "rules" or whatever excuse they can find. We had an exclusive container and paid through the roof and they still managed to break pieces of antique and art that we had moved uneventfully several times before. They treat their delivery people miserably, so it's no surprise that customers are expendable as well.

Who would have thought that moving can be easy? Not that I like to move but I hired a company that made my move a pleasant & stress free experience.



La Rosa Del Monte helped me move in last Friday, a friend that had recently moved gave me their information.

I called and talked things over with La Rosa Del Monte and received a quote from them. La Rosa Del Monte even suggested sending someone over to verify the accuracy of the quote. There were no hidden costs!



The La Rosa Del Monte crew was very nice and fun to work with. The movers were extremely careful when moving my stuff, yet efficient and fast. The head honcho was one of a kind and the rest of the crew members were great as well.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! FRAUD!!!! THEY WILL SIT ON YOUR BROKEN ITEMS AND NEVER REPAIR THEM. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, NO COMMUNICATION AND EVERY TIME YOU CALL NO ONE SEEMS TO HAVE YOUR PAPER WORK. I HAD A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH ROSA DEL MONTE WHEN I RELOCATED FROM NEW YORK TO MIAMI, THEY BROKE SEVERAL OF MY GLASS ITEMS, WAS TOLD THAT A REFUND CHECK WAS ON IT'S WAY AND IT BEEN CLOSE TO A YEAR, I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND CHECK AND THEY HAVE NOT FIXED MY GLASS DOORS FOR THE WALL UNIT. RUN FAST AND USE ANOTHER RELIABLE COMPANY. ROSA DEL MONTE SUCKS!!!!
