If I could rate this place zero stars I honestly would. Since this place is so close to my house I have managed to put up with some of the employees bad attitude including the owner out of pure laziness to drive further. Also, I have always walked in there buying little things that I already knew I wanted so as long as I go in and get what I need and get out it didn't bother me. It wasn't until I recently started buying hair that I realized how terribly this business is run. All the owner seems to care about is stealing your money there is no negotiations if you're unhappy with the products. When I am going to buy something new I ask a lot of questions so I can make sure I'm not disappointed. Having explained to the owner that the product I came home with is not at all close to the product I was sold didn't seem to matter. As soon as you swipe your credit card and make a purchase you are no longer relevant and your satisfaction matters even less. What frustrates me the most is that I didn't necessarily need my money back an exchange would've been fine. I felt like I was just robbed $100 because I was very specific about what I wanted so to open a package to the lowest quality product I have ever seen shouldn't even be legal. All in all, I should've known better than to have done business with such a shady place. Save your money and do business with the many beauty supply stores that actually care!
