While I have no qualms with Dr Okonkwo and her clinical skills, her office management is pure chaos. You'd better hope there's no issues with anything office related here or you're in for a real annoying ride. Just typing the list of incompetencies I've dealt with makes me tired... So I won't bother.

I can't say that Dr. Okonkwo deserves at least one star. There was never an appointment that she was on time for and when she did arrive, we've already waited at least 45 minutes. When we asked her office staff how soon will the doctor arrive, they repetitively told us that she would be arriving in within the next five minutes.
