Hello: This is a warning to those that are considering using this Mars Contractors. They do not follow up when things go wrong with their work. My dad, a disabled Veteran, needed the bathroom to be handicap accessible. This company was hired to do the modifications necessary.They installed new tile in the shower which started to come up about 2 months later, ( July 2014). Before they left, they asked for a letter of recommendation right then, which we typed there and then. We were very happy until the problem with the tile developed. Wish we could show a picture here! We were given the run around in a few phone calls. Now, they do not even answer our calls. They do not stand behind their work not even for a handicapped, eighty three year old man and a 80 eighty year old women. Both of our parents were in hospice, mom suffering with pancreatic cancer and dad with COPD & Alzheimer's. Think very hard before you take a chance with this business!!!
