Stay away, she will take your money with no results. Doesn't follow through or finish cases. Doesn't return calls. You basically have to hound her to do her job. She ask for payments but doesn't provide billing statements for services provided. Almost 3 years with no results on my case. I had a simple contempt of court case that was ordered on my ex wife for child support and marital debt. Although my ex had a contempt against her, she still won't pay. I hired Mrs. Pena to get a income with holding order to garnish her pay. Mrs. Pena couldn't even do that. Her excuse when you call is, "The judge won't give me a court date." But 2 solid wood tables. 21 inches tall, 16 1/2 X 16 1/2 inches wide. Glass is removable take action as an attorney to het one. It's been over 3 years, no results. Find another attorney or simply do it yourself! BEWARE!
