I call for a regular clean up and got what we wanted: a skilled professional and great customer service for a good price. It was dirtier than we thought and they did a great job. We recommend this company

Julio is great. They send a reminder email of the appointment the business day before the appointment and call ahead on the day of, when the technician is on the way. They show up on time and act in a professional manner. Their bi-annual HVAC tune up is a fantastic price and their package services are also excellent. They keep my system running properly and make suggestions, not demands, on what could be updated or fixed to help mitigate future issues. They've treated me well so far, so I'll keep doing business with them. Very happy with the services.

A big thank you to MDO Mechanical Air Conditioning and his team for putting air/heat back in our home! They installed 2 Trane XLi 16 seer systems; complete with heating and thermostats for our two story home. Pedro was excellent; working with us to ensure the best quality product at the most competitive pricing. His team was highly professional and Julio even took the time to stop by our home during install to continuously check the progress and answer any of our questions. MDO Mechanical will be highly recommended from my family!

JC was fantastic! He made my 17-year-old system, which was not working at all when he arrived, run like new for $300. What a relief! I thought I would need a new system. Julio tested the system and everything checked out perfectly. Highly recommended.

We've used them at two different houses for 5 years and they've always done us right with service, repair, maintenance and replacement (AC). One time I called another firm to save a few bucks, that was big mistake so we came back to MDO Mechanical.

We added a A/C unit to our house with these guys, and everything works great. We got quotes from 3 different companies and these guys came out as clear winners. The salesman was a former installer so he knew the pros/cons of locating the system and modifying the ducting. All calls were answered promptly and there were no issues on installation day. Thanks!

Called Julio before 8:00 on Thursday. He came out to check my bad compressor 2 hours before he said he could be there. I ended up replacing the entire outside unit and he charged me a reasonable and fair price. He was nice and did great work. Had the system running and cooling my house again by 2:00 the same afternoon. A++++ Service, I would defiantly recommend his work to anyone!

I called MDO Mechanical after getting two other quotes to replace my coil. Julio inspected the system and gave me a quote over $1,000 cheaper than the other company. The work was then done timely and professionally. I highly recommend MDO Mechanical A/C.

These guys were top notch from the time I called them to arriving in less than an hour to perform my ac repair and now my ac works better than ever before I have had
many other so called ac company out before and no could find why my ac would not keep up.
After Julio Fixed my ac he checked the performance found a installation error that took him only five minutes to figure our and correct I only wish I had called MDO Mechanical sooner.

This company helped me last night. 630 PM on a Thursday night and they came after working hours. Finally we found a company that will work around our schedule. We called them around noon yesterday in a panic and they Were the only one thats can Help ME IN The Same day . I called a couple of other companies, the prices were all in the same ballpark. We used this company because they said they would work around my schedule at 6 PM when I get out from work. I am glad I did! Anyone reading this, I 100% vouch for this company.
