One of their drivers, Madeleine cab number 3480-42472 just scammed me on an airport ride.

I reported this to Miami-Dade taxi complaint and have not heard anything back.

She overcharged me 12 dollars for the flat rate from the airport to South Beach and wouldn't give me a proper receipt.

Steer clear from these guys, maybe it was just one bad egg of a driver but if this is the type of behavior this company condones then they should lose their transportation license.

Awful, unhelpful. Didnt know where he was going. Got lost. Wouldn't give me a receipt. Then drove off with my luggage!!! Still trying to find out where to complain. Complaint form to government site was ignored!!!

They suck!. I reserved a day ago to be taken to the airport. They said someone would call me 15 minutes before arriving to my place. Nobody called at all. When I called their number to find out what was going on they hung up on me. I tried to call them back several time and they refused to reply the phone. I could have lost my flight. Totally unreliable and very dishonest way of doing business.

I have used this company a number of times because they are prompt. I get courteous service and a one on one attention form the drivers. Most reliable taxi service that I have ever used.
