Provided by YP.comAs hard as I tried, Mike and the owners of Miami Imports really blew the opportunity to earn a 5-star review and a customer for life.
Everything started great... Mike was kind enough to chat with me via text, and we did the entire deal via text which was so appreciated. The first hiccup came when Mike gave me a price of $8,700, but then surprised me with an additional $495 dealer fee when he sent the Bill of Sale over to be signed. The fee was never mentioned until I pointed it out. It wasn't a deal breaker, but Mike should have mentioned it up front.
I live in Nashville, so Mike setup to have the car transported from Miami. Everything went great here. No complaints.
When the car showed up with cosmetic damage, everything went downhill... My very first text to Mike said, "Could you let me know about any cosmetic or mechanical issues? I am definitely not expecting a perfect car, but I want to avoid being surprised by anything." He replied, "There are no issues at all. No cosmetic issues." Expectation set... there are no cosmetic issues.
Unfortunately there were more than a handful of cosmetic issues with the car including: clear coat peeling, pings in the door, gouges in the paint, a cut gas cap cord, and a completely missing door protector.
I sent Mike pictures of all the problems, and he acknowledged that he should have caught them. I asked that he cover a small percentage of the repair bills, but he refused again and again.
Mike is a nice guy, but I would NOT purchase another vehicle from him.
Would not recommend to anyone.

Provided by YP.comBEWARE DO NOT BUY ANY CARS FROM MIAMI IMPORTS. The owner KHAZEM ABDUL-NASSER does not work with you and literally insults your intelligence. We live in Atlanta Georgia and was in the market for a E55. We found a 2006 Mercedes E55 AMG on Autotrader from Miami Imports. The car was advertised at a price that represented the overall condition of the car, which would be excellent (the higher end value.) We asked if there was any issues etc. Khazem stated that the car was in excellent condition etc. (the normal sales bs). We purchased the car sight unseen and told Khazem that we would fly down to drive the car back. However plans changed and we had the car shipped. Upon arrival the overall cosmetic condition of the car was as described. However once I drove the car home I noticed the smell of burning oil. I open the hood and there was smoke coming out between the engine and the firewall. In addition to the burning oil all four tires were worn to the wire (thank god we did not decide to drive back). The navigation is stuck in Miami, the COMMAND unit (i.e. radio) blinks and shuts down intermediately. The car also has suspension issues. We emailed Khazem about the issue and he stated that he had the valve cover gasket replaced. However upon visual inspection the gasket has not been changed and looks to be worn. He also stated that if I "drive it for a couple of days" the smoke and oil will go away. I am a car enthusiast and know somewhat about cars and this is clearly bullsht. Furthermore he insults your intelligence by telling you excuses after you "call" him out on it. What further upsets us is that his comment was "if you are looking for a perfect car you should have came here and looked at it". We asked he responded about the condition, we negotiated the price-he should have sold the car at the price of what the condition/mechanical of the car represented. Yet I would have been more upset wasted two days to go to Miami and come back empty handed. The only option he offered is to return the car which he knows will not happen because I will lose shipping from Miami to Atlanta and from Atlanta to Miami. Therefore buyer beware this place may have nice looking vehicles but mechanically they are not sound, the owner does not care and will insult your intelligence, he does not care about his customers, and when you prove your point to him that he is a rip-off he cease communications with you. I am having the car looked at now by a Mercedes mechanic and will post my results to prove my point that he is knowingly ripping consumers off.

Provided by YPmobileThe simple fact is that everyone is out to make a dollar. Even at the expense of others. We bought a car there 3 weeks ago and it has been nothing but a headache! On paper it seemed like a good deal, but in the end, the car has many issues. Wish I would have been more thorough. Also, car dealers need to be more honest about their cars, and then they wouldn't get such a bad reputation. Just take you time and look over every little inch of a vehicle before you buy it. It might just save you a lot of money, and time.

Provided by YP.comThese guys have a great selection of specific vehicles.
If you want a rare vehicle this is the place to look.
Bought a car from these guys a few months ago and I'm all 5 Stars.
Don't be fooled by the negative review above, some people always blame their mistakes on others.

Provided by YP.comJuly 2008 We bought a 2004 Audi A-4 very low miles. Within the first month the low oil presuure light came on...the engine was "sludged" cost an arm and a leg to get the car back on the road. Shortly after that the air conditioning went, and to top it off we have not had the car six months and the transmission is shot!! This guy buys HIGH END JUNKERS from the AUCTION!!! My next stop is Channel 12 news!!!!
This customer bought this car for her teenage son. He went drag racing with his car and did some modification to it . Unfortinately the mother does not want to comprhand what her son did.
