Very unprofessional I brought my van there and a week later it had transmission problems now I need a new transmission and they don't want to fix it the manager's exact words are it left a lot we can't do nothing about it also I had a tag a hard tag I left it there and she claims I never left it there and now that's lost and I have to spend extra money I do not recommend this dealership to know one they're Crooks

The manager at this dealership is extremely rude she does not listen to the customers she does not let the customer's speak she's been very disrespectful I think this owner needs a new manager to run his dealership. On top of all of that she does not know what she is talking about and she is very stubborn I do not recommend this dealership to Anyone they are very unprofessional and disrespectful I bought my car here that was for sale as it is the car had problems that cost me $2000 to fix on top of what I've paid for it also I paid for a temporary tag and they put the wrong vin number on the registration so when I called the manager answered and she said that she remembers me not paying for a tag she was rude about it and asked me if I wanted I can goal by their dealership and pay her for a temporary tag mind you I already have a temporary registration from them. And I call and the manager says that I never paid for I want and I don't have one. Just terrible!!
