Provided by YP.comAfter a mobile grooming for our Pomeranian by Luz, our poor dog’s jaw was broken on the left side where she couldn’t close it shut. We would try to close her mouth and it would just drop down. Her left eye was also blood shot red. We had to end up putting her down after the grooming. When we called to put a complaint there was no sympathy or concern whatsoever. They even charged us full price for the grooming and said that the excessive blood coming out of her mouth was a bad tooth. Her mouth was hanging open! I do not recommend at all. Stay away if you truly care for your fur babies.
