29 July 2016, my daughter and I got this taxi from the airport. I specifically told him I needed to go to Hialeah to collect a package and then to go in the opposite direction to downtown to my hotel.
This guy first of all could not find the directions in GPS. Then finally dropped us off with luggage two blocks from where we were supposed to go. I had to walk with luggage then to find another taxi to go to the hotel since he said he cannot wait. My package was waiting for me. I just had to take and go. My daughter's day was ruined. Not only that he attempted to drive away with my change. He charged $45.75 and I gave him 3 $20 bills. He drove off and only stopped after I ran after him. Will never do again. He was a tall Haitian national. I forgot the cab number it had a 7 and a 9 in it I believe.

A few days ago we took a cab from the airport back home and it was really nice. He helped us with the suitcases and held the door for all of us. we paid by credit card and that worked ok.
