180$ STOLEN!!! NEVER STOP THERE!!!!

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I've been in 555 NW 79 ST in Miami They replaced my battery even if it was still good, I've asked to have the old battery because was still in guarantee, they didn't let me have it! You are not aloud to enter the workshop because "it's the law" so you don't have the chance to see what are they doing with your car. You won't believe this, they even replace a terminal but they didn't use the bolt!!! Exactly! They just lived it loose! I have a dead battery again!!! GOOD JOB for 180$!!!!

Stay away from this scam of a business. I came in for a suspension strut replacement. Not only do they treat you like your some idiot but they wanted to charge me $174 per strut. Struts for my car cost $54.69 from Monroe per strut. So all four struts would be around 218.76.



The cost of labor was 364.00 for a total of 3 hours. That's around $121 per hour. Not even dealerships charge this amount.



I even asked if I can just buy the struts and have them install it and they offer no warranty on the "installation" of course if you buy their overpriced strut then warranty for 30 days of course.



What a scam, especially in today's economy.
