Nasty Customer Service - Rude, crude and downright awful. We placed an order for our front desk team and not only did we have to wait over 45 min, the order was COMPLETELY wrong despite the fact that the young lady taking the order repeated the order 5x back to me to ensure that she had it right. We ordered 2 ice teas & a pepsi... they sent us Ginger Ale, Orange soda & Fruit Punch. WTH? The sesame chicken was SPICY.. the rice was sorry and sticky... the fried rangoon was the only decent part of the meal. To make matters worse, when we called back to advose that they gave us the wrong order since the delivery man simply took my money and walked out, the wouldn't listen. They tried to make me look like like I placed the worng order... NOOO because we just went over this 45 min prior & we concurd that it was correct. To top it off, no one there will tell you their name or who their manager is.



After 20 min of arguing, they decided to exchange our lunch & bring in the correct order... Once the new delivery man arrived he had the new food.. and expected us to give him the old food out of the trash. What does that tell me? They will take the food YOU ARE NOT EATING AND RE FRY IT & RE SERVE!!!!!!!!



DO NOT EAT HERE... Not worth the money AT ALL.... Go to Rice Bucket in Miami Lakes....

THE FOOD IS AMAZING AND COMES IN HUGE PORTIONS FOR CHEAP!!!!
