I have been working with Miriam De Toro for more than 17 years and I have NEVER received any bad treatments from her or her employees. She is an outstanding professional in all matters. Her office is not a school so you can be "educated", it is a place where she does the taxes for you period.

This has to be one of the most unprofessional experiences I've ever encountered. Being that it was my first time doing my taxes, I called her office to determine what to bring to our appointment. That phone call was never returned. When I arrived at the appointment, although I do admit I was seen quickly, the service was so terrible she had me out of there in less than five minutes. When i sat down and told her I was unprepared and was willing to do what was necessary to complete the process she proceeded to insult me by telling me I didn't have my act together and she had a lot of work to do so "why don't I just go to HR Block". I told her I was willing to be educated by her but she continued to insult my intelligence and telling me her children are more prepared than I am and that I could "sleep in the waiting room" for all she cared. I don't know what was bugging her that day or everyday for that matter but her clients should not be the targets for her misplaced aggression.
