I hired them to clean my small apartment before checking out and moving. They raised their quoted price by 33% when they arrived at my apartment and then did a horrible job of cleaning. I went through the list of agreed jobs and asked if they did each different job, to which they nodded and replied "check." It turns out they didn't clean any of the floors or baseboards much at all and barely cleaned anything in the bathroom beyond wiping it down. The window sills obviously weren't touched because there is still dust all over them. These were all things we discussed in advance and they promised to do. (Although they barely spoke any English at all and the language barrier was horrible, we had a clear agreement. It just took a while to get there. Worse language barrier than I've ever experienced in a "professional" transaction - even in Miami.)



Upon further review of our apartment in better light, it became clear that much of what should have been cleaned was just wiped down a little to appear clean-er. We gave them a call an hour after they left to discuss the problem, and they didn't agree. That was the end. That's it. I now acknowledge that I shouldn't have treated them like proffessionals and taken their word for the job, rather I should have walked them through each little section of the apartment with my hand and checked whether it was cleaned and then asked them to clean it or revise their price. I did not do that, and that was my fault. Still, their services are not anything I would recommend to anyone that actually wants anything cleaned.



Their listing here says "Satisfaction Guaranteed." Obviously just an generic English phrase they use for marketing.
