great things at great prices if you deal with the manager you are good, otherwise the service is terrible.

Yesterday my girl and I paid for a little couch from Modani. We were told that we could pick it up at the warehouse tomorrow morning. The paperwork says that they open at 8:30am. I showed up a little early, around 8:20am. A warehouse employee gave me Lance's card which says 8:30. So I waited. Lance says they don't open until 9am and that they have to clear the trucks first before they can help other customers. I showed Lance the paperwork given to me by the store which says 8:30. He then says that he doesnt even know how old that it. I then showed him is very own business card which says open at 8:30. He tell me, "WE OPEN AT 9."



I'll never do business with them again.
