All staff seems very new & inexperienced. Spend a good amount for myself & a friend (which took over 4 hrs) and had Shellac nails chipping the next morning. When went back and showed the owner, Denise she gave me a major attitude. It was embarassing in front of other customers. Also, staff had conversations laughing about other customers while I had my nails done. Very unprofessional! They have Spa prices for mediocre service--- NEVER again.
