At Newton’s Law we adhere to the principles of science to provide clientele with superior fitness programming.  We can provide an understanding and articulate all of what we do and perform, as to leave no one in the dark who does not wish to be there.  Education is paramount. Fitness is a science.  As well, it should be treated as such.  Today, theories and misguided statements with no validity and research support, run rampant.  Not only is this irresponsible, but it can be very dangerous and impede progress throughout the fitness world.  We at Newton’s Law study and continue to study throughout our careers, searching for truths and solid, research-based information in which our training systems are built upon.   Kinesiology is the study of human movement and Physiology is the study of the functions and biological processes of living matter.  Possess a firm understanding of these, and one has a strong foundation for administering great fitness protocol.  Lack these, and one has nothing to build upon except belief.  Who would you rather have in control of your fitness protocol; someone who believes or someone who knows?  Please, don’t leave your fitness regimen in the hands of a “fitness professional“ who gets his/her education from a news stand magazine.  At Newton’s Law, we are fitness consultants and administrators available to guide and assist in optimal physical training.  We assess your needs, attack your weaknesses, balance your imbalances, and strengthen your strengths.  Leave no stone unturned.

Amenities
We provide 40 spaces of free parking and have unlimited additional paid parking available. We do not charge a membership, initiation fee, or require an annual contract. We are fitness a la carte. We offer classes and class packages, private and semi-private training sessions, single and multi-day passes.
