TRUST ME TRUST ME TRUST ME. Do not EVER pay your bill with these people. They charged my card twice, when I told KENDRA about the mishap she assured me of the mistake and said the money would be back in my account within 24-48 hrs. Giving the company the benefit of the doubt, I patiently waited the 48 hours...only to still not have the money in my account. I called again and was informed that my card was used to not only pay my bill but I paid someone else's bill!!!!!!!!!!!!! Livid doesn't even begin to describe how I feel. So after 30 minutes of convincing the company that it was definitely a mistake and told by some 18 year old girl (not sure if she's 18 I'm just on a bit of a rant) that the supervisor would be able to refund the money to my account right away, he calls me and says it will be another 24-48 hrs. I'm starving and broke. Because Kendra in Miami couldn't do her only job.
