I work for Miami Dade and decided to take my coworkers advise to use P and B Services/Mr. Quinones. The professionalism was felt from the moment I made the first call to make my appointment (which I made with his wife). Meeting with Mr. Quinones, I felt he knew his business. He's very professional and trustworthy. My only regret is not going to them sooner!

Accountant's wife and owner of P&B has terrible attitude. I have been going to P& B for the last 10years. Though they are pricey, we keep going out of convenience and because Pablo, the accountant, knows our filing history. Because this past year we bought and sold a property, I called to find out how much they would charged extra for those documents. The wife, Barbara, answered the call and was very rude and seemed annoyed with my question. Not that it was any different from other encounters with her but luckily we rarely had to deal with her. We always dealt with Pablo. When we have called and she answers we just make an appointment and hang up. This time I was asking a question that I expected a full response to. This lady is always this way and gives attitude but I have never had to really deal with her. The difference this time was that I expected a complete response as I didn't want any surprises when I was already there to do my taxes. She wanted to hang up without giving me a price and was trying to brush me off. She kept saying that their average is $85 to $100 but I already know that and also know they charge extra for every additional form so it would be more than $100 (which is what we pay for one adult with w2 and claiming one child. I never got my answer as to how much they would fully charge and if it was two forms or just one for the purchase and the sale. She was frustrated and did not want to deal with me. All it took was for me to say "Sweet heart (which I innocently often say without any animosity) I am only asking because we...," and I could not even finish!! She blew and pretty much told me not to call her that and to go somewhere else to do our taxes. As I told her that we have been going there for many years she said she didn't care and they did not need our business anyways. :0 Wow.. I was perplexed by this lady, her work ethics and her frustration. Obviously she DOES NOT CARE FOR CLIENTS. I will not be going to my appointment on 3/12 and I will not go there again. Will not miss it at all.
