I hope I never have to use them again, but if I did I wouldn't hesitate! I got into the payday loan wheel while my husband was going to school. This company was so helpful, they stopped the harassing phone calls at work. I even paid off earlier than I anticipated!!! Definitely would recommend! !!

Do not use this company!! I was desperate to get rid of my payday loan debt and signed up with this company in hopes of starting over. I should have done my research because this company will milk you for all your money. I had two separate representatives tell me I would be debt free and done with their program in July after being with them for nearly two years. However, I called to double check the date of my last payment and I'm told I won't be done until October. They tacked on extra fees and explained that the representatives were incorrect with my end date. This company is horrible!! Do not use this company!!

My wife and I used Payday Loan Debt Assistance after borrowing money from several Payday loan companies. We were desperate for funds and made the mistake of getting involved with these kind of companies. If it wasn't for Payday Loan Debt Assistance I am not sure what we would have done. There would have been no way we would have been able to make the payments these companies were asking for, but with Payday Loan Debt Assistance we gave the information to them and set up a account specifically for the purpose of paying off these debts. Payday Loan Debt Assistance negotiated a price with each Payday Loan Company and with a reasonable fee we were able to pay off all four Payday Loan Companies. Although we would never use a Payday loan Company for a loan again, I would definitely recommend Payday Loan Debt Assistance to anyone who would need your type of help.

I totally regret ever going to this company for assistance. They have actually buried me in deeper. When I was reached out by them the gentleman on the phone sold me on their "FREE" services and the assistance they would provide. Well after 3 months of paying them every two weeks I had saved enough to pay off 1 lender as they negotiated with them, little did I know they were deducting fees from a separate account they open for you and I was in 0.00 and only 2 payments were made to the company. They had taken out "customer fees" almost equaled to the amount I had paid towards my lenders. I was irate!!!! After being told their services were free and thinking I had money saved to pay another lender I was misled!!! HORRIBLEEEEE I would give them negative starts if I could!!!!!! I truly recommend you to contact your lenders yourself and negotiate with them, I did and was able to get the same deals this jerks did and the lenders are working on a payment plan with me. Wish I would of never wasted almost $400.00 on this crappy place!

I would not recommend this Payday Loan Assistance Program, they are exactly like the loans you are trying to get away from. I have given them over 1400.oo dollars and two of my payday loans out of 5 our still not paid off. Total scam avoid, do research find one that might be local to your area.

1. If you have payday loans decide if you really want to pay them off.



2. Second if you dont want to pay them off . freeze your bank account or tell your bank your account has been compromised. You will receive a new bank account and debt card.



3. some online pay advanced companies are not licensed to give loans in your state, so you dont have to pay them.



4. If you do decide to consolidate your loans and work with this company realize that they charge you 40% if you go with their completely worthless FSK or financial success package that is nothing more than a couple of DVDs and manual that they charge you 399.00 for.



Have fun with the Debt Consultant , ask then how much your gonna SAVE , try it?

You dont need to pay your payday loans , just freeze your account or close it.

When I first contacted this company, I specifically asked if there was a possibility of getting sued by the companies I had a loan with... their answer, "No". I have a court date and now my wages are being garnished... I was with them for a few months, settling the debts for $200 and then charging me $200... it's a scan and nit worth the time, money, or stress.

Please be aware that you will lose money if you use this "service." They do NOTHING until you have paid a certain amount. They will NOT stop lenders from calling you or from drafting from your account. To make matters worse, they charge 40% of what you owe to settle your account. (ex. if you owed a company $1000, you would be out of $1400 total once you paid PDLDA's fees.) You would be much better off putting money aside in a separate checking/savings account until you have enough to pay off your loans.

with this company you wont save they have settled with 3 and the amount yhe settled plus along with that you also pay 40% of each one so every one they settle you also pay 40% and when you do the math you pay more than what you owe RIP OFF!!! so i settle with 2 on my own and will suffer to let them do the 2 remaining

Avoid at all costs! Tey pretend to have a lot of empathy, but I went through at least three different agents. They work with an outside agency to collect their monthly fee. When I wasnt seeing the debits from my bank account, I called them back and had to fill out(once again), all of their computer generated documents with yet another PDLDA representative and yet I was cancelled again. Now I am constantly receiving phone calls from all of my five pay day loan companies. Cannot possibly repay them all at once, but one of the loan companies wanted to serve me, but I managed to get out of that. THIS outfit is a SCAM!!

All they do is take your money. I enrolled with them It was just like getting another payday loan. Once I cancelled because I seen it wasn't working they wouldn't refund me my money.

This company told me all I had to do was to close my bank account and open a new one. Sounded easy, WRONG! I now have 6 overdraft fees plus two of the payday companies were able to make withdrawls from my account so I am now $435.00 in the hole due to all the overdrafts this caused. If Payday Loan Debt Assistance really knew what they were doing they would have given me better advice. When I contacted them their only concern was if I would be able to still make my draft for my next scheduled payday. I'd look for another debt assistance program, investiage and ask a lot of questions.

I was buried in payday loans, borrowing more just to pay the interest on the next when I signed up with PDLDA. i was a little worried at first, since this was another internet company - but hey, so were the lenders! They helped get my loans resolved and I'm finally done with those d*mn loans! Highly recommend them.

Highly Recommend - The staff at Payday Loan Debt Assistance were friendly, responsive, and showed empathy for the tough situation I'd got myself into. They helped me with 8 different payday loans I was hopelessly behind on and got me out of the payday loan debt trap. They saved me from what I though was a hopeless situation.

Taking out payday loans to cover my expenses turned into a total nightmare! The help I received from this company surpassed my expectations. Their representatives were very professional and really treated me with respect. I highly recommend them!
