Had a great experience with PC & Mac Service. Alex and team solved my Dell desktop computer problem due to a failing hard drive. The service included diagnostics, installation of all my data files on a larger and better hard drive and upgrading windows from Windows7 to Windows10. Now my System is transparent in appearance but much faster and more reliable.
In short the staff, and service are first class not to mention a very fair price.
I will definitely recommend this shop for anyone needing service on their personal computers.

Thank you so much for taking the time to inform me, in complete detail, what was wrong with my computer. After a free estimate, Mac Wizard reviewed my repair history from the Apple store and suggested how I address the issue. Thanks to Mac Wizard's help, I was able to address my concerns with a store manager in a knowledgeable manner. This resulted in the exchange of my 3 year old macbook for a 2014 model!!!
