Difficult to Deal With

We wanted to ge our Schnauzer groomed here. She's a rescue and has some problems and needs to be tranquilized to be groomed. She also needs a muzzle. The groomers at Pet Smart refused to take her because "we don't take tranquilized dogs" and "we don't muzzle Schnauzers." This is the first time we've ever encountered this problem with any groomer anywhere. When we asked if there was another place we could take her they refused to help at all. A very unsatisfactory experience.

Dog Owner

The grooming service here is very good. Our groomer takes the time

to see that our dog is comfortable. The trim is excellent and the

nails are carefully rounded down. Ear hairs are immaculately

removed and our dog likes the groomer.

We always pay for the full extra services and we take our

two schnauzers here all of the time.

Highly recommended.
