Had the most amazing, extraordinary shopping experience yesterday at Premier Table Linens outlet store which is the parent company of Premier Burlap Boutique. The hospitality was just incredible, Cuban cafe, sodas and pastellitos were given to us as soon as we entered. It was their invitation only grand opening of their linen outlet store which opens October 1, 2016. There were at least 30 people lined up and we arrived and we were all treated like kings and queens. They have 1000's of Burlap items and 50,000 plus non burlap linens. The service was very professional and we saved 100's of dollars on table linens. Best price, products and service I have ever encountered from a table linen manufacturer. Tony, you will have great success when you officially open your outlet store. Thank you for the private invite. We will be returning often and spreading the word!!!!

I am a party planner and have made numerous purchases from Premier Table Lines and Premier Burlap Boutique and they are the best. Excellent quality, prices and customer service.

We met Tony at the MBA Wedding convention last September and have been using Premier Table Linens since then. Tony, Ryan, Loly, Luis, Tanya, Dave, kevin and Paul are all extremely helpful and their linens are truly lovely, very durable and you can not beat their pricing. Yes there are lower prices on the Internet but be very careful because those as we found out the hard way are very cheap imported products from China that do not last at all and are not the quality of Premier. I did notice when writing my review that their Miami address and phone on Yellow Pages has not been updated. Their new # is (800) 937-1159 and they are located at 7321 NW 35th Street, Miami, Florida 33122. Tony, are you going back to the MBA convention next month? If so let me know, we are.

We have been using this business for years for all our tablecloths and napkins for our restaurant and catering and have never been disappointed. To the contrary, Premier offers the best products and service in the industry. They have two locations, one in Florida and one in New Jersey. Their Miami location just recently moved to a much larger facility located very near the airport and they now offer an even greater selection. Their new address is 7321 NW 35th Street Miami, FL 33122

Judging from the previous reviews I guess my experience is rare but I am incredibly dissapointed in the LACK of service. I placed an order but did not receive an email. I've sent four emails to Ryan - no response. I called twice and was given the brush off as the guy who answered is not responsible for that. I feel like I wasted my time trying to work with Premier Table Linens and now I need to find another retailer.

This is the best quality Burlap fabric, burlap tablecloths and burlap table runners, outstanding. The quality exceeded my expectations in every way. Very nice tight weave, finished edges, rich in color. I am so glad to have found Premier Table Linens.

I recently attended a convention and saw three different exhibitors using the Spandex tablecovers. One of the exhibitors that was using Spandex table covers looked so much better quality and better than the other displays with Spandex and I asked if they would not mind telling me where they purchased their Spandex tablecloths. They did not hesitate to tell me it was from Premier Table Linens and highly recommended this company. They explained to me that the reason their Spandex looked so much better than the other booths that were using Spandex was because the other exhibitors were using Spandex from China that is not really Spandex. It is Polyester blended with Spandex and that their Spandex they had from this company was made by them here in the US and is 100% Spandex. The difference is very noticeable.

The next day I contacted and placed an order with Premier Table Linens and am amazed with how this Spandex has completely changed the look of our buffet serving tables and just as amazing is that they require no ironing at all!

I recommend this company for their excellent product, customer service and the fact that they actually make their linens here in the USA!

Last year after getting married I decided to begin a linen rental business for special events and weddings. I had no idea where to begin except the knowledge I had gained from using Premier linens for my wedding. I called Tony 6 months after my wedding and was surprised he even remembered me. From there it has been a wonderful relationship of placing orders, getting advice, quick service and replies. They never seem too busy to answer the myriad of questions that I inevitably have. They just recently came out with Spandex table covers and Spandex chair covers and these are the most gorgeous table and chair covers I have ever seen. Even my cleaners have commented on the quality of the Spandex and how nice it will be to work with and how they had many issues with Spandex before but how good and easy this Spandex will be to work with due the quality. Their willingness to work with last minute additions, deadlines and custom sizing doesn't seem to faze them in the least. I have even placed some deadlines that thought would be impossible to meet and they have come through every time. Tony Cueto the owner has been super in offering suggestions to help my business run smoother. The replies to my e-mails are very quick. I get the answers I need. The only minor "issue" I have had is that they are a small company and sometimes when I call all their lines are busy and I get voice mail. However, I just call back 5 minutes later and once I get through, I have their undivided attention. In closing, I would highly recommend this company without reservation. I feel like I know these people, even though we have never personally met. I always feel that they are working just for me even though they have many other customers and I am sure many larger customers on a daily basis but yet they treat me, make me feel very special. Thank you Tony!

I totally agree this company is the best in the industry! For this reason we now exclusively purchase all our table skirts, table skirt clips and table skirt hangers from Premier Table Linens. They are now in located in Miami and the service is better than ever.

Premier Table Linens was extremely easy to work with and the quality of their Bombay Pintuck table linens is exceptional and cost us less to purchase than it would have cost us anywhere to rent. We also purchased table skirts and table skirt clips for the buffet tables. Both reps that we dealt with Tony and Marvin were great, answered all our questions and guided us through their website and assisted us placing the order. The table linens and skirting we purchased from Premier absolutely completed the room and were in perfect condition even after being shipped from the East Coast to California.

As ALWAYS thank you from the bottom of my heart Premier Table Linens for taking such great care of us. All your linens are beautiful. I never have to worry about the quality I will receive. The orders are always perfect and ship very fast!!!

Our company has purchased large quantities of linens on six occasion and we can not be happier. They have won us as a lifetime customer. The tablecloths (we purchase Poly Premier, Spun Poly, Majestic, Dutchess and burlap) are of excllent quality, the prices after doing a lot of comparison are the best and they are very fast with shipping. Our order usually arrive before if not on the exact date that we request the linens for.

Buyers beware!!! I ordered a table cloth for a New years Eve party, paid extra for priority mail, web site says 3 to 4 business days. Did not recieve until after New Years Eve over a week later. Sent the company 3 emails all were ignored. Finally called and the owner was so rude. Told me that there was a 50% restocking fee!!! and that he would call me later to give me an RA #! Nowhere on their website does it say anything about a 50% restock fee. I have never dealt with anyone so rude. Their motto is



"Treat and educate our customers the way that we would want to be treated."



I guess they like to be ignored and talked down to like they are idiots. My sister is getting married in Nov and was planning on using them for her wedding, after this she will be going somewhere else!

This linen company is the best! Their customer service and products are wonderful. I have order Poly Premier, Poly Stripe and Majestic linens and table skirts and am a very pleased repeat customer. Tony and Dustin go out of their way.
