Worse experience every!!! So i had my wind shield cracked on my Lincoln town car 99', took it to premium auto glass had it fix and 2 days later my rag top falls off! keep in mind i have had this car for 5 yrs. now, never had a problem with it. Took it back to them and they just didn't want to take no responsibility for it or even find a solution what so ever. The guy just keep saying that the wind shield was installed right, well that wasn't the problem...The problem was in the process of them installing the wind shield is when they messed up my rag top . So now i am stuck having to fix something that was their responsibility to fix! I wouldn't recommend this place to no one and not to mention their lack of customer service... As soon as you walk in the door you are not greeted with a hello or nothing. The guy is always on the phone and will totally ignore you even though you are standing right in front of his face, not professional at all!!!

I cracked my glass while on the highway and needed a quick professional job done! They gave me a great price and did a PERFECT JOB! Thanks guys!
