This company advertises falsely 24 hour emergency service that they do not provide.
It is summer in here in Miami, Florida and my AC stopped working at 2am, it gets very hot very fast. The temperature inside my house went up to 81 by 3am. My wife and I cannot sleep, our 1 year old is crying and sweating. I called this company and expected 24 hour service but instead got a voicemail so I left a message. Since I could not get someone I tried calling multiple companies advertising 24 hour emergency AC service, and same thing either a voicemail or an operator whom says “we will get someone out to you first thing in the morning after 8am or a technician will call you back shorty. At about 3:30am I had given up calling all the 24 hour AC companies I could find and my family and I went to spend the rest of the night at my father’s house a few miles away because it was just too hot to stay inside my home without AC. At 8 am the calls start coming in “we can get someone there today this afternoon as our service tech are already booked.” This company just like most if not all AC companies is falsely adverting 24 hour AC emergency service and I would like to see these false advertising removed.
