I wanted to buy an engagement ring and I was recommended by a friend to Richards. I was extremely pleased with the quality of their jewelry. I researched many jewelers and there is no question that Richards is the top notch! Their service is exceptional and they are very knowledgeable. Fernando worked very close with me to build the perfect ring and made me feel very comfortable throughout the process. My fiancé LOVED her ring and is always getting compliments. My fiancé and I went back today to purchase our wedding bands. Both Fernando and Pablo were so nice and my fiancé was extremely impressed with the overall experience. We would highly recommend Richards Jewelry!

Let me begin by saying that I know nothing about jewelry and my ultimate fear when shopping for an engagement ring was to get ripped off. Richard's was recommended by a long-time family friend and I am happy to say that I was beyond satisfied after buying my fiancee's wedding ring. Fernando and his team are experts not only in jewelry, but customer service as well. "I recently purchased my fiancée's ring from Richard's and I couldn't be happier.

I was in the market for an engagement ring. My father, brother and a number of close friends had all purchased jewelry from Richard's and told me I needed to go there and meet with Fernando.

I live in LA and was a little nervous making such a large purchase from so far away, but the whole process couldn't have gone any smoother. When I was in town in October, I stopped in to meet Fernando. He was personable, professional and super helpful. He explained how he gets his diamonds, taught me all about the 4 C's and helped me pick the perfect ring. The rest of the process was conducted over the phone and via email while I was back in LA. Fernando sent me mock ups of the ring and we discussed options for the setting and how the diamond would be set.
