Ordered $8000 worth of shutters, on installation they broke several roof tiles. I was told they would be replaced at no cost to me, however, it has been almost 2 months now and they will not return my calls or emails.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY YOU WILL BE SORRY! If your sign a contract with this company be prepared to have a big headache for months. I am a 72 year old person, and you will not believe how I was treated. The owner is an arrogant careless individual. I contracted with them to get Roll-Up Shutters in three openings in my house. Roll-Up shutters require an electrical installation. Their installer connected the shutters to the fans in the attic and they burned off, didn't even get an apology phone call, the same installer stepped into the attic and he almost fall into the house. My ceiling had a 5 foot hole. The repair was horrible, so I had to hire another company to do it right. Too many things to describe, but Beware of the owner, do not do business with this company you will be sorry.

Very reliable company that provides excellent work. My family just had new hurricane shutters installed on our current home as well as a rental home knowing that the hurricane season is on the horizon.
