This is the first time I have used this company to send a package to Venezuela, and I had the option to send it via Sea or Air. I paid more than double to be guaranteed it will be sent by air and to get the packaged delivered "on-time" (and their prices are higher than the average around). Today my sister (in Venezuela) gets a call (instead of calling me here in USA), saying they won't be able to send the package yet (since December 03rd). Now I cannot get my package back, and I have to wait until they decide to send it whenever they want.

Not responsible at all! First and last time I use this company.
