I can't recommend Rush Evictions highly enough. I live out of state and and had a tenant in Miami who was 2 months behind on rent and ceased communication with me. I contacted Raul who posted a 3 day notice that same evening and within 2 days I had my full payment from my tenant in my account. Very professional and they get results!!

Raul of Rush Evictions was great in resolving my tenant's overdue rent. I called him on a Thursday at 8:00 p.m. and he was willing to jump on it and post the notice that same evening. I was the one who told him to wait until the next day (due to access issues on my part). Anyway, the next day, it was done and my tenant was contacting me that evening to let me know that she was sending me the check. I could not be happier with Rush Evictions. I would not hesitate to call him in the future, as necessary. Thanks, Raul!

I had a problem tenant who refused to pay her November and December 2018 rent and contacted RUSH Evictions on December 3. Raul Zayas was very helpful and rush served my tenant that same evening. The result is that the tenant vacated the premises and RUSH Evictions gave me a refund of $300. RUSH is really RUSH! I recommend them.

Rush Evictions service was great. I used them help me evict some nightmare of tenants that I had. Raul was extremely helpful and answered all my questions. The process was simple. They served the notice and less than 3 days, they were out. Amazing Job! Highly recommend them.

The Best! Rush Eviction provides the best quickest service in evicting non-paying tenants. This is the second time I have used the services of Raul and this time he was even faster than before. Tenants are served the same day the complaint is filed on the court. Raul always answers the phone and is aware of the status of the case. I definitely recommend him and will use him again!

Raul (owner) of Rush Evictions is the best - an incredible advocate for rental property owners. I called Raul several times over various months (he picks up immediately every time) - and he was extremely informative and helped me understand my options with a chronic late payer. I finally engaged Raul's services, and he went over to the rental unit immediately to begin the process - resulting in a quick resolution. Raul is not a lawyer, but he's much more cost effective and knows his stuff - and I will not hesitate to hire him again.

RUSH Evictions have proven to be quick and efficient. My tenant moved in two days and im getting a refund back. Thanks Raul for all your help.

Raul, with Rush Evictions is great! I hated the fact that I needed this type of service, but he definitely made the process easier, kept me abreast of the happenings. I hope to never need to use his service again, BUT if I do Rush Evictions will get the call.

This guy kicks @ss! You say: "They got to go!" he says: "I'm on it!" Fast and on point. He has your back 100%. He does the dirty work while you keep your hands clean. I love how he calls right before showdown and then after to inform on the perpetrators reaction. (Priceless). Very informative and professional. This is our go to guy;look no further.
